Kevin Bazeley Joined the Royal Air Force in 1985, and following his administrative discharge in 1995 he requalified as a Chartered Management Accountant before starting his own company delivering DEI training, speaking & consultancy.

During his time in the RAF Kevin qualified as a navigator serving on 10 Sqn VC10s at RAF Brize Norton, where he saw active service during the first Gulf War, finally serving on 201 Sqn Nimrods at RAF Kinloss. It was while serving at RAF Kinloss that he was outed to the RAF Police, suspended and eventually discharged.

After his discharge and retraining as an accountant he had roles in the NHS & construction industry before becoming the Engineering Project Account at GE Aerospace, Cheltenham. While at GE he became active in DEI activities within the company and eventually left to start his own business sharing his lived experience and providing corporate DEI training.

For the last year Kevin worked as a special projects consultant with Fighting With Pride helping to deliver back office improvements and the inaugural edition of the Fighting With Pride Review and Directory 2024.
